กรมสุขภาพจิตเผยสหรัฐฯจัด 10 เกมอันตรายพ่อแม่ควรเลี่ยงให้ลูกเล่น เกมฉาว GTA ติดอันดับ 1 แนะไทยควรจัดเรทติ้งเกมบ้าง หวั่นพฤติกรรมเลียนแบบ แยกไม่ออกชีวิตจริงกับเกม ชี้ถึงเวลาโรงเรียนสอนทักษะชีวิตให้เด็ก เตรียมจัดเสวนา"สังคมไทยรู้เท่าทันเกม"

วันนี้ (4 ส.ค.) นพ.ม.ล.สมชาย จักรพันธุ อธิบดีกรมสุขภาพจิต แถลงว่า สำหรับเกมจีทีเอ เป็น 1 ใน 10 เกมที่อัยการสหรัฐอเมริกาได้เปิดเผยเมื่อปลายปี 2550 ที่ผ่านมาว่า ให้พ่อแม่ผู้ปกครองหลีกเลี่ยงการซื้อให้ลูกเล่น ประกอบด้วย

Enchanted is a 2007 musical film, directed by Kevin Lima and produced by Walt Disney Feature Animation and released by Walt Disney Pictures. It premiered on November 21, 2007 in Canada before it was released on November 23, 2007 in the United States. The film, both homage to and a self-parody of conventional Disney animated features, makes numerous references to Disney's past and future works, and blends live action filmmaking, traditional animation and computer-generated imagery. The plot focuses on Giselle, an archetypal Disney Princess who is forced from her 2D-animated world of Andalasia into real-life New York City.
The film heralds the return of traditional animation to a Disney feature film after the company's decision to move entirely to computer animation in 2004. Composer Alan Menken and lyricist Stephen Schwartz, who had written songs for previous Disney films, produced Enchanted's songs, with Menken also composing its score.
Starring Amy Adams, Patrick Dempsey, James Marsden, Timothy Spall, Idina Menzel, Rachel Covey, and Susan Sarandon, the film was well-received critically and garnered two nominations at the 65th Golden Globe Awards and three nominations at the 80th Academy Awards. The film also proved to be a commercial success, earning more than $340 million worldwide at the box office.

เจ้าชายเอ็ดเวิร์ด (Prince Edward) แสดงโดย เจมส์ มาร์สเดน เจ้าชายแห่งอันดาเลเซีย เป็นบุตรบุญธรรมของราชินีนาริสซา มีนิสัยเหมือนเด็กที่ยังบริสุทธิ์ ไร้เดียงสา รักสนุกไปวันๆ และค่อนข้างหลงตัวเอง ระหว่างที่กำลังท่องป่า เอ็ดเวิร์ดได้ยินเสียงเพลงของจีเซลล์ เขาจึงขี่ม้าตามหาตัวเธอจนพบ และตกลงแต่งงานกับเธอทันที ทว่าในเช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นซึ่งเป็นวันแต่งงาน เมื่อเอ็ดเวิร์ดรู้ว่าจีเซลล์ตกลงไปในบ่อน้ำ เขาก็รีบกระโดดตามลงไป และไปก่อความวุ่นวายอยู่ในนิวยอร์กพักใหญ่ๆ

แนนซี่ เทรเมน (Nancy Tremaine) แสดงโดย อีดินา เมนเซล แฟนสาวของโรเบิร์ต ที่คบกันมานานถึง 5 ปี แต่ก็ยังไม่มีวี่แววว่าจะแต่งงานกัน มีอาชีพเป็นดีไซน์เนอร์

ราชินีนาริสซา (Queen Narissa) แสดงโดย ซูซาน ซาแรนดอน ราชินีแห่งอันดาเลเซีย มารดาบุญธรรมของเจ้าชายเอ็ดเวิร์ด เป็นคนจิตใจโหดร้าย เธอไม่ต้องการให้เอ็ดเวิร์ดสมรส เพราะกลัวว่าตนเองจะหลุดจากตำแหน่งราชินี จึงได้หลอกให้จีเซลล์ชะโงกลงไปในบ่อน้ำ และผลักให้เธอตกลงไป จนข้ามภพไปยังโลกแห่งความเป็นจริง (นิวยอร์ก) ที่ทางอันดาเลเซียมีความเชื่อกันว่าเป็นโลกที่มีความสุขน้อยที่สุด บุคลิกของตัวละครนาริสซา มีต้นแบบมาจากแม่มดในเรื่องสโนว์ไวท์ เจ้าหญิงนิทรา และแม่เลี้ยงใจร้ายในเรื่องซินเดอเรลล่า[3]

มอร์แกน ฟิลิป (Morgan Philip) แสดงโดย เรเชล โควีย์ ลูกสาวของโรเบิร์ต อายุ 6 ขวบ พิป (Pip) ให้เสียงโดย เจฟ เบนเน็ตต์ (2D แอนิเมชัน) และ เควิน ลีมา (3D แอนิเมชัน) กระรอกน้อยผู้เป็นเพื่อนของจีเซลล์ ตอนอยู่ที่อันดาเลเซีย สามารถพูดภาษามนุษย์ได้ แต่เมื่อมาอยู่ที่นิวยอร์ก กลับไม่สามารถพูดได้ จึงต้องพยายามใช้ภาษากาย ทำท่าทางบอกให้เอ็ดเวิร์ดได้รับรู้ว่าจีเซลล์กำลังถูกปองร้าย แต่เอ็ดเวิร์ดกลับไม่ค่อยเข้าใจภาษากายของเขามากนัก

Global warming is the increase in the average measured temperature of the Earth's near-surface air and oceans since the mid-20th century, and its projected continuation.
The average global air temperature near the Earth's surface increased 0.74 ± 0.18 °C (1.33 ± 0.32 °F) during the 100 years ending in 2005. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) concludes "most of the observed increase in globally averaged temperatures since the mid-twentieth century is very likely due to the observed increase in anthropogenic (man-made) greenhouse gas concentrations" via an enhanced greenhouse effect. Natural phenomena such as solar variation combined with volcanoes probably had a small warming effect from pre-industrial times to 1950 and a small cooling effect from 1950 onward.

These basic conclusions have been endorsed by at least 30 scientific societies and academies of science, including all of the national academies of science of the major industrialized countries. While individual scientists have voiced disagreement with some findings of the IPCC, the overwhelming majority of scientists working on climate change agree with the IPCC's main conclusions.

Climate model projections summarized by the IPCC indicate that average global surface temperature will likely rise a further 1.1 to 6.4 °C (2.0 to 11.5 °F) during the twenty-first century. This range of values results from the use of differing scenarios of future greenhouse gas emissions as well as models with differing climate sensitivity. Although most studies focus on the period up to 2100, warming and sea level rise are expected to continue for more than a thousand years even if greenhouse gas levels are stabilized. The delay in reaching equilibrium is a result of the large heat capacity of the oceans.Increasing global temperature is expected to cause sea levels to rise, an increase in the intensity of extreme weather events, and significant changes to the amount and pattern of precipitation, likely leading to an expanse of tropical areas and increased pace of desertification. Other expected effects of global warming include changes in agricultural yields, modifications of trade routes, glacier retreat, mass species extinctions and increases in the ranges of disease vectors.
